  • I decided to give this small place a shot in a quest to branch out and try something other than my usual ice cream haunts. I've found I enjoy leaning more toward the small business owner vs. the corporate chain. The ice cream is amazing, smooth and creamy. I watched in awe as it was prepared in huge mixing bowls, adding nitrogen and clouds of coolness to my Nutella ice cream. What a treat. It was as much fun watching it be made as it was to eat it. May I also suggest the dragon puffs? Excellent!
