  • I would give 0 stars but it's not a choice. I booked an appt through frigidaire and it was confirmed from Ada for Saturday since I work mon- fri. They called back to request proof of purchase which I supplied within 15 minutes. I get a phone message the following morning saying that I didn't send it fast enough so they gave my appt to someone else. When I called to complain the girl that answered was very abrupt and couldn't care less. Beware. You might think you'll have an appt but they might decide to bump you!
