  • During our recent visit to Las Vegas my wife and I went to see a show at the Onyx Theatre. The show was called "Geek" and it was recommended to us by some local friends of ours. The show was well performed and well produced. We had been in Vegas for 4 nights at that point and we had seen a different show each night. This show at the Onyx was a nice change of pace from the "awesome spectacle" of the other casino shows we had seen. This is actual theatre. Don't go in there expecting explosions and million dollar sets and you will have a good time. It's a little off the beaten path near the Stratosphere but it's well worth the drive. Plus, tickets are only $20 a piece!! There is no show on the strip that inexpensive.
