  • We've dealt with iSmartDoctor twice now. First time was about a year and a half ago for a broken iPad screen. My husband dropped it on a bathroom floor and cracked it. We had a trip coming up and they got it repaired very fast! Second time was just this week, our two year old is pretty rough on the device and same iPad screen had a crack in the top and was starting to lift/separate from the device due to the corner being bent inward. They were able to repair the bend in the metal corner and replace the screen. We also had an issue after getting it back where the iPad was acting possessed- apps turning on and typing on its own. They were able to resolve this and get it right back to us! We will use this service again if we run into any more problems with our devices & definitely recommend to others!
