  • Best home warranty experience I've had yet. The receptionist was very nice and the technician was amazing. He called to let me know when he'd be there and it was going to conflict with after school pick up. He knew I'd been waiting for weeks for approval for a new microwave because he'd already been out to try and repair the old one. He was able to move his schedule to accommodate my needs. I'm sorry I didn't even think to ask his name again but I enjoyed talking with him while he worked so quickly to get done so I could get to school pick up in time. I don't think we tell people often enough when they do a great job. We are quick to give a bad review so I wanted to be sure everyone knew about the great service we received from this company. We were impressed by them and would use them again in the future, no doubts!
