  • All I needed to do was exchange a dress that was too small for my daughter. I had the tags and the receipt. I clearly stated that I needed to EXCHANGE a GIFT. The representative returned the funds back to the original cc and then proceeded to be completely helpless to cancel the transaction. 30 minutes later...I just paid for the dress with my own card because my daughter got the original for her b-day and I didn't want her to miss out on her gift. She NEVER apologized or offered any solutions!
