  • This is truly a gem where the customer is their priority. Teresita took time to personally help me during my trip, she's the owner and she has been in business for a long time, yet again she has the enthusiasms and charisma of a brand new owner who wants to build a relationship with her customers. The hotel is very clean and cozy. The dinning room is remarkable as they offer a simple, yet delicious breakfast. Everyone will welcome you with a smile. They are fluent in English, Spanish and off course French. This hotel is also located perhaps in the best location to experience Montreal from a local's point of view. I'll stay here every time I'm in Montreal. They do understand hospitality as a service and not just a business.
