  • My Mom has had a One Guard home warranty for three years. Without exception, customer service has been exceptional. We normally connect to a representative within 1-2 minutes, hear from their contractor the same or next day and have the issue repaired in 24-36 hours. So far, they have replaced a pool pump, ice maker, kitchen faucet and repaired an ac unit. So happy to have the peace of mind too that comes with the warranty. We did purchase the premium policy which covers potential pre existing conditions with initial required inspection--recommended!
