  • Now I understand why they already only have a 1 star rating on google. I guess I should of checked this first! They say they cut kids hair yet when I arrived for my kids appts, because my son was scared and didn't immediately get in the chair...they refused to see us! We were in there for a total of maybe 2 minutes tops from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out. My son was not crying nor making a scene, just cowering on the floor saying he was scared. They didn't even take the time to try to make him comfortable or give me a chance to talk him into the chair. I am super disgusted how they handled this situation. We will certainly never be back.
