They're super inconsistent and the experience is more polarizing than anything. They either give you a huge portion or they really skimp out. There really isn't a good in-between.
I went in one day and I was about to get a really nice scoop of chorizo (a good mixture of scraps and big chunks of meat). As the first employee put in about half of the scoop with only scraps, a second older lady stops her mid scoop saying "that's enough" and takes the bowl away from the first employee.
I usually never get chips and guac but I had a coupon for them. Half my chips weren't crunchy - they were almost soggy in texture. The same older lady above also scooped my guac and left a bunch of air at the bottom of the guac container so I really only got maybe 2/3 of the container filled.
