  • I'm not sure how Olive Garden's call ahead waitlist system works, but it's a pointless one. Called ahead at 7:00 told them my party of 6 would be there in 20-25 minutes, which I was told how long the wait was, then when I got here to check in for my call ahead waitlist I was told the wait was another 20-25 minutes. Here we are almost 40 minutes later and still not seated. Olive Garden should just get rid of the waitlist or find a better system.
