Something I purchased was not the sale price it was supposed to be, so I got back in line. An employee noticed I was holding a bag and asked if I had a return. I said I needed a small refund on 1 item, so she said, "She can help you." She pointed to an employee who was chatting it up and laughing with other idle employees. The girl (Andrea) acted annoyed the whole time. I was just a little pest to her. "I expected you to come around the other way," she said. Am I am mind reader? "Well, come all the way through so I can close this off and a line doesn't form." She waved me through in an agitated way. After she handed me my money, she said in a very condescending tone, "You have a good one now." No apology for the wrong price charged, of course.
This is not the first time I have been treated rudely at this location. I suppose I am not one of the alpha male customers they are used to seeing, being that this is a "manly" liquor store. Their employees need to be trained to treat everyone as a valued customer.
