  • Over priced frames. Terrible customer service! I took my Mom here for Mother's Day as all she wanted was an eye exam and a pair of glasses. My Mom was visiting from Seattle and the exam went really well with the doctor but down hill after that. My Mom and I were assured if she spent $800 on a pair of glasses delivering them and adjusting them as needed was no problem. So...we spent the $800 and the glasses DO NOT work at all. David recommended she purchase a second pair for reading and he would adjust the first pair for everything else. REALLY??? She has since sent them back and he refused the package. $800 and no glasses 3 months later. It makes me sick.
