  • Avoid this company and these incompetent tire jockeys if you value your car! I took my pristine 2002 Camaro SS with 39k miles in on 4/2/2018 to have 4 new tires installed that I purchased online from Jegs. Their tech couldn't drive a stick and nearly launched into a parked Mercedes. An hour later, I left with $2710.61 worth of structural and body damage because their tech doesn't know how to use a floor jack on a unibody car. Both front fenders were bent out of whack and the several pinch welds were broken off and folded over underneath the car. My tires were also not torqued to manufacture spec and were under inflated. Apparently, their tech was absent on lug nut day, tire pressure day, and floor jack day at tire college. The sales person Jordan Singer was an absolute asshole to deal with. Their insurance claims adjuster is Sam Mitchell and can be reached at 480-606-6432 (sam.mitchell@discounttire.com) if you're unfortunate enough to need it. I would recommend Costco tire on 15255 N Hayden Rd in Scottsdale as I've had a much better experience.
