  • I've been at Sedona Peaks for nearly 8 months, so far the good outweighs the bad. We have had a few maintenance requests and they have been taken care of in a very timely manner. Mark is the only maintenance personnel I've dealt with and he's always been very professional and pleasant. The front office manager Randi has always been helpful from move in to dealing with any issues we have had. She's quick to reply to emails and return phone calls, and has always been super friendly. The grounds are kept clean, and the grass and trees are well maintained. I'm rating this complex four stars instead of five due to minor issues like a couple loud neighbors and the size of the property overall is relatively small. I will update this review when our lease is up.
