  • I am currently a cosmetology student, I have a student account with Cosmo prof. I had lost my card but typically they will at least look up your info on their computer for you. I came in super excited to try out a new toner line. A few weeks ago I went to another location where a lady had written down my student account information in the meantime because she couldn't find new cards to give me. The two ladies at this particular location working there were extremely rude with me when I was asking about the products and laughing at me and whispering at the counter. I went up to purchase my items and they told me they couldn't accept my information because "students tend to take advantage." And then they proceeded to take the paper with my information and threw it away. I usually love coming here so I can learn about new products and color lines and as a student this is important to me and my future career, so I was extremely disappointed to be treated this way today. Won't be coming back here again.
