| - I eat here when visiting friends and family during the week days. It's not particularly spectacular, and my wife prefers that we eat elsewhere.
However, I have a set menu that I always eat when coming to this place, and nearly every server that works there knows what it is, since I always order the same thing, and rarely venture out into the nether regions of their menu.
I order the Sing High Crispy Chicken, the Lo Mein Special, and the Sing High Fried Rice.
The Crispy Chicken, in my opinion, is the only one in town left that does it right and cooks it in this manner. There was one other place that used to cook it in a similar fashion, but that restaurant has long since closed and its owners have retired.
The rest of what I order are just accoutrements to the chicken.
The interior decor hasn't changed much, but the service has always been prompt and efficient. If you happen to be in downtown phoenix, and want some place to eat near the courthouse, you may want to give this place a try.
