This is the closest Dunkin to me & I've been coming here for a while now with no problems. But this morning I ordered a donut, coffee & some hash browns & realized after I'd left that I didn't have my donut. So I went back through the line & politely said I didn't get my donut & the immediate response I had was "I gave you the donut." Which definitely wasn't the case. So she told me to pull up & there was a different cashier at the window & he tried to make me pay for the donut!! I told him I had just been there & didn't get my donut & he gave me the donut for free but it was very obvious he had an attitude. I know this isn't THAT big of a deal, I just don't understand where the rudeness is coming from? I just wanted my donut.. lol y'all don't have to be rude about it, especially since I was being as polite about it as I could be. Anyway, I'm still gonna be going back. I just think that this store really needs an attitude check because it leaves a bad taste in your customers' mouths.
