  • Last April I purchased an iMac here. No sell needed knew what I wanted. Issue: difficult to get someone to purchase it from. When I did though, the employee was very nice and helped get it to my vehicle. Week after Thanksgiving I needed batteries. The place was packed and it was a weekday. Weaved through the masses like Jerome Bettis in the snow and grabbed the rechargable batteries. Thought I was good to go. Issue: difficult to get someone to purchase it from. Finally talked with a friendly employee that explained everyway to purchase the item except by card or actual money. I was redirected to another occupied employee since I only had a card. Waited 15 minutes before I reshelved the batteries and left. A week ago, went to the Forum Shops store to get an iPad for a X-Mas gift. Couldn't stop people from helping me, was in and out with an iPad. Not sure why the two locations are so different.
