I went in to get an oil change; however, my car was serviced with synthetic blend instead of full synthetic oil. It was a simple mistake from the sales guy as I had used synthetic blend in the far past. When I got home and found the receipt I called the store to advise them that the last oil change I got at this store prior to the other day was full synthetic oil. The male store manager was not helpful. I was very unhappy at first. Later today, I received a call from another manager at this store. She was very helpful and apologetic to my situation. I explained that I did not want something for nothing, all I wanted was to be sure no harm would be done on my engine since the mistake and change from full synthetic to blend. Carol was very helpful, she even scheduled a new appointment to do an oil change back to full synthetic without charge. I truly appreciate her kindness in regards to my situation. I hope she stays at this location in the future!
