  • Visiting from Chicago & trying to get my 4yr old daughters hair braided has been an uneasy task! But I decided to use Yelp instead of word of mouth referrals as we've used in the past. I called to inquire about service & the female who answered was very pleasant. I made an appointment for the following day at 9am. I arrived & the shop was opened & ready to go. Initially I didn't think I'd like the braider. She seemed irritated to be braiding a 4yr olds hair, but I reassured her she was not new to the braiding scene & she would sit still. She warmed up to my child after she saw she wouldn't give her grief. They took 4hrs to braid her hair. Clean shop. Friendly workers. They all speak fluent English too. WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!! They lost a star because they were speaking in their native tongue about being robbed the day before for 3k dollars. Now idk about you all, but I think they should've warned me about having cash or my purse or cell phone present. It made me a little nervous!! I took my belongings to my car w/out their warning just to be safe!!!!
