One of the gear shifts quit working on my 20 year old bicycle. So I took it in and was expecting some parts were going to need to be replace and it would cost something significant. But the bicycle technician was able to explain it was because the lubricant inside the gear shift had hardened with time and needed to be cleaned out and replaced. He did this and about 5 minutes later my bicycle was working again and it only cost $20. Then I went home and got my wife's bike that had the same problem. He fixed that one also. I was very pleased.
Two years ago I had my 20 year old bicycle completely refurbished by them. Very pleased then.
