  • Waited for over an hour today just to see an agent. The manager informed the crowd the wait was due to a shortage of mid sized SUV's, the crowd quickly corrected her by saying no one in line is waiting on mid sized SUV's. When I opened my trunk there was a rusty razor blade in the trunk, the car stunk of cigarette smoke, and the low tire pressure light came on shortly after pulling away from the rental center
