  • My fiance and I moved to Charlotte (6) months ago. Today, we had decided on visiting the city to enjoy a nice meal at this location. Upon arrival, a women with short hair (around 5'6") sat us at our table and proceeded to hand out menus and walked away. When she came back, I had a specific question about the vegetarian meal they offer. She proceeded to smirk at my question and began aggressively taping her finger on my menu stating that these are the (4) sides I get to pick from for this particular meal. She then began to role her eyes and walked, off. I have never in my life been this offended by any individual. The customer service at this location was beyond terrible. If this is what they do to all their customers, I have no idea how they are still in business. This was my 1st time at this location with my fiance and I would expect the staff would be caring and willing to explain the menu provided. Please do not go to this location. It will simply frustrate you. The restaurant right beside it is AMAZING. Great service and friendly staff. Great for a family day out!
