I bought a fridge on Feb 12. It was delivered on Feb 14 and the fridge leaked. He couldn't fix it, and said a maintenance technician would be over the next day. He said he had to order a part so he would be back on Feb 18. No technician showed up so I called the store to follow up and was informed that he had taken the day off and the supplier of the part was closed for the holiday.
Finally the part was replaced on Feb 19. But Feb 22 I noticed water again. They scheduled me for Feb 25, but through my own error in communication, I canceled that appointment.
I rescheduled for Feb 28, but again no one showed up. I called to follow up but the store could not get ahold of the technician. A manager from Sun Cities Appliance called me back to guarantee a technician for Mar 1, kept interrupting me, and then hung up on me. Needless to say, the technician never showed up, and a call to the store was never returned. I got my boyfriend's dad to fix the fridge.
