We have been with Sprint for years - since the kids were at home! Right so we had a big ol' family plan that vost WAY too much money. The kids grew, moved out and we got new phones but the big ol' family plan stayed. So as empty nesters we would see the commercials where they cut the bill in half for new customers but when younwent online it appeared they gave EXISTING customers bupkiss. So we dealt with it, complained and then the unthinkable happened. My phone became unusuable - no antenna even after replacement. We look online, find that you no longer buy but lease your cell phones. Ugh. We look up a rate at Verizon and go in, confront Jason the lead rep and negotiate a new agreement with a new phone for me. Expensive accessories and as always the process kills a couple of hours. Botyom line I got a sweet phone and we are going to be saving some money. Nice.
