Tech service "timing" is horrible. Why make a reservation? Give me a damn number like at the deli so you know who i am. This guessing of customers that you guys do is NOt working! How do I know that? One of your reps went up to another patron and he said "yes" that he was MY last name!? Really? Patron didn't even have the same apparatus and your rep didn't question.
Grrrrrr. But this isn't the first time! Making a reservation is like making an appointment at the doctors office. Good luck on timing.
