  • Kelly's is a divey, dark bar in east liberty that is a great break from having to compete with sports like other bars in the area. They always have a solid draft menu with rotating choices, and have a great happy hour from 5-7 with $2 off drafts and 1/2 price apps. They also have a $4 speciality cocktail every day and you can't go wrong with just ordering their old fashioneds and manhattans, which are some of the best priced in town. It's one of my favorite places to meet up with friends and catch up, as it's a very unassuming place. Sometimes it's hard to find a table though, and it's not really the best bar to stand in. Besides the Mac and cheese, the food is nothing to write home about. Cheap and gets the job done, but come for a drink instead!
