rev:text	I am not really familiar with the factory outlet but let me tell you I am more than familiar with the company. Unfortunately I dealt with the store on Davenport. My experience was beyond a nightmare. Starting with their optometrist, who was free if you ordered contacts or glasses from them. I sat down in the chair and had my eyes examined and a new prescription written up. While I was still sitting in the chair I ask him why he didn't ask me to take out my contacts before the examination. Frankly he couldn't even tell that I was wearing contacts. We had to do it all over again. Really didn't matter much, he never got the prescription right anyway. I not only ordered new contact lenses but glasses as well. It was pure hell. I want back repeatedly over 6 weeks or more, constantly returning what they had given me. I couldn't see properly. After all those weeks I was worn out and went with the contact lenses, which were good enough and as for the glasses, which cost $800.00, I just gave up. The glasses I could never use and the contacts I had replaced by a proper company a year later. This is an honest review. This company is absolutely terrible. Many people have complained about them, even when I was at the store other customers were saying the same thing. If I could have sued these people I would have. If you go, you may get exactly what you are looking for. Then you are one of the fortunate few. They try and hook you in with special deals. If you get good eye wear, then you are lucky but many people don't and they are out of luck and there is never a refund given.
