| - I had higher hopes based on the Google reviews. I went with a friend and as stay-at-home-moms, we were looking forward to a time to relax.
The atmosphere is nice, our toe nails look fine, eyebrows are good, but the customer service is lacking. Usually, when you go to get a pedicure, you are asked what kind of service you want (e.g., classic, deluxe, etc.). Before we knew it, my friend's water was being emptied and nobody asked us what kind of service we wanted. Before it was too late, I asked if we could have more than the basic pedicure, and then one of the ladies pointed to my friend's empty water tub, almost to say that she could not do it because there was no more water... until I asked her to fill it back up.
It just seemed like they wanted to do the bare minimum, that doing anything more was a burden, and it wasn't even busy. Heck, we even made appointments. I want to get a pedicure where I don't have to feel bad for wanting to relax. Not going back.
