  • Service with an attitude they do not return calls we had A $40 discrepancy on a bill I've been with this agent around 14 years I told him to refund or credit me the $40 or I was going to cancel State Farm or at least change my agent he said go ahead one of the policies I had was written years ago under my father's name who died and after my phone call he decided to call my mother and 87-year-old lady and talk to her about it HOW DARE HIM WISH HE WOULD COME AND TALK TO ME IN PERSON Don't think he will do that he is a big man on the phone we call them a telephone tough guy and the funny thing rite after this issue my phone won't stop going off he must of put me on a telemarketer list this will pass but Rodger being an asshole that's forever freedom of speech is the best
