  • Had an issue with a bed purchase, 1 year and 9 months after purchase. I contacted Micah, the Showroom Manager. What a nice guy! In fact, all the staff were great, but Micah engaged corporate on my behalf. They promptly called me (within an hour) and are in process of going through the proper channels to take care of my issue. Highly recommended! Thank you, Mor Furniture, and Micah, in particular. You won't meet a nicer and more honest person. He is an expert in the furniture business, too.
