Bike (with a clear title) was taken down on 2/17/14, Basic 60 day package for selling. During the duration of the contract bike would disappear from being advertised. I called and asked why. No reason was ever given other than asking me back in question form, bike is not showing on the web? They offered me an additional time on the contract for them to sell when I said I would be down on the weekend to pick up the bike. I had an extremely busy rest of the month so I agreed to the offer of additional time confirming the amount I needed from the sale. Monday 4/21/14 after the official expiration of the contract I got a call needing a bill of sale signed and mailed back. Took care of the signing of the bill of sale same day. Payment was promised with in a week. Mean while I found the second key to the bike a week from our conversation we went to OPS in person to drop off the key and found out that we had to wait for a second payment on the bike that was to take place 4/27/14. Friday 5/2 talked to OPS and was assured that payment was processed and on its way to me and to call 5/7 if I have not heard or have payment. I called today Wed. 5/7/14 and was told they would call me right back. I had to call again after about an hour, and found out that the check is waiting on 2 signatures from the date of 5/27 before it can be sent out, and they can take up to 21 days for processing payments on sold items.
I can't give OPS a good ratting due to the flipping every conversation back to me, bad communications from OPS, and the delays in processing the payment. This Company has the potential of being something great, so sorry that they fell short. Maybe they will get better, after all they did sell the Bike.
