  • Purple Reign was a blast. I wasn't too sure about it going in, especially seeing how...vintage the Tropicana was. However, the musicians and Prince himself put on quite the show. Every single one of Prince's hits (except When Doves Cry) was covered, and was almost as good as the real deal. All of Prince's mannerisms were captured quite well too. There were some technical difficulties and dropped mics, but I can appreciate their way to improvise and work their way through these tough situations.
