This is my favorite barre studio of all time. Warning to those barre experienced ladies who haven't tried Barre3 - it's very different! When they say "where ballet meets yoga and pilates" they really mean it. There's big cardio moves, you will sweat (and feel elegant doing it). There's also holds in yoga poses and the core work is very pilates. The thigh and glute work is very similar to mainstream barre methods, except they love adding in big moves as well as pulses, which I love. Barre3 has been a sanctuary that I look forward to going to. It's such a welcoming environment and all of the instructors are caring. Every workout kicks my butt but I always leave feeling so great and energized. I also love how they frequently give back to the community and do donation based events. This is the fitness studio for you!!
