| - The instructors are fine, if and when they come to class. I had a day that worked for me, but a regular teacher could not be scheduled. One day, no instructor showed up. I don't fault the teachers, per se...I fault the studio. In addition, I received an email stating my contract had been renewed set to expire in 18 months for May 2016...when I contacted the studio to cancel, they said that I was not due to expire until May 2015 and if I cancelled, I would have to pay the 12 month rate instead, which put my total to cancel above the amount Id pay if I continued to pay for a service that did not meet my needs. I feel that a cancellation fee is understandable, but for more than I'd pay otherwise? That doesn't make sense. They can change their schedule, cancel classes...on the only days I can come with no offer of credit...but If my schedule changes, I still am held accountable for every penny, or more. Crummy. Do NOT sign an extended contract with this Studio... They won't stand by their schedule, and still hold you accountable.
