  • so some d-bag nailed my car. yep. even more special? the d-bag hit my car- parked. in a garage. same thing happened to me last summer too. apparently my car moves around to eff with other drivers while i'm away. or cleveland is full of a bunch of dumb drivers. regardless, both times, the d-bag who hit my car hit it in the same spot- the driver's side back bumper. last year i got a rental, progressive was super great, got my car back to me super fast. and it was decent work. but about a month ago i noticed the paint was starting to peel on the back spoiler from where dbag #1 hit me. i was thinking of calling progressive, since they had mentioned the whole lifetime warranty thing. well, then dbag #2 hit me. that kinda solved that problem. so i took my car into progressive monday. no rental car this time, my choice. but they offered. and already got my car back today. not only was this year's dbag #2 incident resolved, but dbag incident #1 of 2007 was also resolved. really nice customer service. in the worst of all possible situations, they are just pleasant enough, but not so pleasant that you want to clock them in the face for their friendliness. and they're damn efficient. they do their job. without crap. and you get your money's worth. that is, if you're not dbag #3 driving without insurance so you wouldn't know what getting your money's worth is, or hitting parked cars and driving off. dbags.
