  • Store is always dirty, half of the tester items are missing, presumably stolen and never replaced. Half the stock on their makeup items are usually sold out or just not where it should be. Staff is unfriendly and they can't even do their job properly by assigning rewards to the right account. Next time I will buy from Sephora or Beauty.com. So not worth the frustration.
