  • After buying new construction, one of my top priorities was installing a water softener. I purchased a unit online but then came the task of shopping around for a qualified plumber. I eventually went with Flo-Pro and could not be happier with my choice. The father-son team of Ezekiel and Edgar showed up on time and were receptive to me watching as they worked (just trying to learn something new every day). After discovering a few pieces were not included in the unit I ordered, Edgar gave me the choice to pick up the parts myself from Home Depot since I needed to grab some salt pellets anyway. After completing the installation, Ezekiel programmed the controller unit and explained the settings/ input values and how it all works. These guys did a clean install, water is actually nice to the touch, but most importantly, no more water spots! I highly recommend.
