  • Ordered pizza tonight at 8:41 with an expected 60-70 minute delivery time. It is now 11:00, and I have been on the phone on hold trying to cancel my order for the past half hour and have not been able to reach anyone as of yet. Not the first time this has happened. I was forced to order from a more reliable pizza place nearby unfortunately. I'll bet they still beat your delivery driver here. I'll be tipping your driver as it's not his fault, but will not be paying for the pizza once it finally gets here.
