  • This is the closest Walmart to my house so unfortunately this is the one that gets my negative review, but I feel this way about MOST Walmarts. I am also a former employee of 7 years so I know how it is on the inside too. First, why the hell don't you have handheflld baskets at any of your locations? When I only want to pick up a few things the last thing I want to do is to try to maneuver a cart with only one working wheel around a store with aisles full of people and kids running around like animals. Sometimes I'd rather run someone over with my cart than go out of my way bc you don't supply handheld baskets. Also your lines are always ridiculously long! And I know you extended your checkouts so they don't APPEAR to be long, but that hasn't fooled us customers, tell management to hop on a register when it's busy, that's one thing I never see at any Walmart, a manager on a register when it's busy! Also, tell your employees to greet every customer, what happened to the 10 foot rule? Besides the greeters and an occasional friendly cashier... I NEVER get asked by associates throughout the store if I need help finding anything! What happened to customer service? and finally, stalk your shelves regularly! I'm sick of you being out of the item I came in for... One more thing, your employees don't like working there... They did not want to be a Walmart worker when they grew up, the least you could do is treat them with respect! Know them by name not by their position! I could go on and on, but I'll stop here.
