Staying at the Bally's isn't a bad choice at all if you want to maximize the effectiveness of its location. It's literally almost in the middle of everything on the strip, and Uber rides are plenty and won't cost you any more than $15 if you're trying to move up and down the strip. I'm not counting surge charges though, which means they're upping the price because it's busy.
The room was nice and the bed was comfy. It's a good hotel with great location. Most of the staff was friendly, other than one lady at the front desk who wasn't even dealing with me but with some foreigners. I feel bad for how she talked to them, as it looked like it was probably their first time traveling outside of whatever country they were from.
