  • *5 STARS FOR LARISSA* Since hubby and I were visiting from California we had planned on treating ourselves to some retail therapy while in town. After visiting the boutique at the Forums shops', I was deciding between the white Versace "Pallazo" heels, the nude Valentino Rockstuds, or a pair of red bottoms. I am in love with all three but my experiences at all three stores there was very different and I was looking for comfort and looks in the shoe itself. I was dissatisfied with my experience at the Forum Shops' location because the associates were over crowding us and didn't even say hello or ask if we needed help. After looking at all three shoes and realizing that swollen feet due to walking miles upon miles all day would not help me make a good decision. I slept on it and decided that I wanted to go home with a classic nude heel. First thing next morning, we stopped by the boutique at the Crystals and Larissa was very sweet and willing to help as soon as we walked in the store. She was not stingy in bringing out different styles for me and offered helpful advice in choosing a comfortable style for my taste. This is a great place to purchase your first pair of red bottoms. She made my buying experience memorable and special. I opted for the 120mm Biancas' in nude patent leather. Keep in mind they have more seasonal collection items here but they do have MOST of the classics. I am highly satisfied with my experience at this store and recommend this boutique to anyone looking for outstanding service AND sexy heels!
