  • We are about to close on the sale of our primary home, and have been forced into using this disreputable title company. The buyers chose this agency, and I can tell you that I will NEVER use them again. My husband and I have been purchasing real estate for 17 years, and every other title company we have used has been fine. We just found out that the closing has been delayed AGAIN, and there are several errors on the HUD report. Plus, Grand Canyon Title Agency is attempting to charge us for items that they legally are not able to. If you are unfortunate enough to have to use this terrible title company, please make sure to go over your HUD statement with a fine-toothed comb. Pay special attention to convenience fees that they try to pass off as HOA fees (a third party document provider service is not an HOA), and don't be afraid to challenge them.
