  • We had pool Daddy for some time now and asked them to pls make sure not to charge us for services we were not advised of and authorized. We also asked them to stop turning off our pool vacuum timer and letting it run endlessly without letting us know. Both things continued. We finally said no more and gave them a months notice that we were ending the service. After a phone call explaining why we were ending the service, they still came and even though we called them to remind them of the termination they turn around and charge us for them coming after we notified them not come.
