Discovering Nando's more than 10 years ago in Mississauga, it has been a good place to visit if you need a Portugese-ish feel to grilled chicken.
As the years go by, the quality of the food has decreased. The taste is good and just okay, not stellar as it was in the past. I don't know if it's because this franchise is mass produced so it's treated like a fast food joint? I hope not!
I ordered the Double Leg Medium spice with Peri-Peri fries and rice. It was A-OK. The chicken tasted fine and everything but it still had a jelly like texture to the meat. If they left i for a minute or two longer, it would be better as it would be cooked more. The fries were a bit soggy and the spice was saturated in the middle of the fries and not all around. Rice was meh.
I hope this place gets better in the future, or else, I may stop going altogether.
