  • This place has amazing furniture. I spent all day shopping, and wasn't until we can here did I see things I actually fell in love with. On product alone this place gets 5 stars....... Al, The young man that helped us however was atrocious... He was so rude, and seemed as if he didn't want to help us. He wasn't friendly he wasn't engaging and wasn't knowledgeable about the product. I asked if the bed I purchased needed a box spring he said "we can discuss that later"... I also wanted to purchase a mattress, I asked do you sell them here he replied "yes" handed me the sales order for my bed and said head to the cashier and walked away. I wasn't done shopping and had more questions. I was very upset and vowed to never buy anything from this store again.... But, then we met Dani!!! She was the sweetest. She apologized for Al's attitude and gave me additional information about products Al didn't have time to give. I also told her I didn't want him handling any parts of my order and she told me that could be possible and for any future shopping I could ask for her and she would assist me. She completely turned my shopping experience around. Her willingness to help and her sincerity will be the reason I return to this location. Thank you Danni for being the delight you were... See you soon!!!
