  • Chas Roberts is the original installer of the HVAC unit in our Taylor Morrison home. l called them to do a check up for summer. The technician was Isador (very knowledgeable, clean and professional) He replaced a part on our A/C unit that runs the condenser. He said the part was weak and soon would go out causing the unit to overheat. He also went into the attic and checked out the entire area and equipment. to assure all ducting was in good condition. Since he left our home, we can tell a huge difference in the temperature inside..so much cooler . I don't understand all the negative comments I see concerning this business. People complain abut long wait times, but I see most of them have appointments during the most busy time of the year...summer. Our technician was "on time" he called 30 minutes before his arrival as promised. He did not make a mess and was very cautious to not make any marks on our walls or ceilings. Ask for Isador if you need an excellent technician. Chas Roberts is highly recommended and holds an A-plus rating with the BBB of Arizona. I would rather use a company like this than one that offers summer time tune up for less than 100$. Yes they are more expensive than what is advertised on television, but they are worth every penny. If you call them, ask for Isador. Chas Robert is a good company.
