  • Ikea is the kind of place you love to hate. The system is so well thought out and the product is actually rather good quality. Ivy was a great sales associate but most of the others I have dealt with-moving too fast, trying to do everything too fast. Not thinking. Slow down people. I don't know about you but I like to check and make sure my order for several thousand dollars is accurate before I drive 30 miles home and have to come back. Also, I don't want to sit at your computer and draw my kitchen. Come on, I have a parts list, you can enter it faster.
