  • They were my favorite food truck at the Charlotte Food Fight. Their special dish for the event, the scallop tacos, were amazing. They need to add these tacos to their regular or seasonal summer menu. Boy were they good. I also had a pork belly taco and the Korean bbq sliders. All were delicious. Will definitely be stalking I mean following this food truck to see where they are for food truck Friday's and any other day of the week I'm in the mood for a unique and delicious taco.
